It is of my opinion that astronauts will not encounter any legal troubles when using the native materials of the Moon — ice included — to support their exploration. My own interpretation is that anybody is allowed to use lunar ice, provided there is enough for others to use.

NASA does a great job of communicating with people who are already predisposed to support portions of the agency's programs. For future exploration, when we have the objective of going to the Moon, it is important to have several possibilities to go there, and within this framework of cooperation to have our own access to orbit around the Moon.

It does not seem as though this will be an Adlai Stevenson moment. I think a lot of his evidence may be open to wide interpretation. Unless there's a huge surprise, it doesn't seem that the evidence provided will turn global opinion against Saddam.

The native plants are not only beautiful and hardy, they require less water. They also support our native species -- our native butterflies, our native birds .. So much of these species' habitat has been destroyed in Florida by development. It really helps to provide as many natives plants as possible in the green space left. They are precious areas.
