en I think Jeremy wants things, and I think that's a great moment when (Mirabelle) says, 'You should just do it,' ... I think she just harnesses it or funnels it into some sort of point, and all of a sudden he has a goal. But I think at the beginning it's just a frustration and a desire to do things, but he doesn't really know how to do them, and that's what sets him off on believing you can make the things that you don't see happen. I think he has ambition; I don't think he's familiar with how that feels.

en I'd like him to be better. I told him that. He knows that. He feels the same way that I do. He feels the same way that we all do. He would like to be more productive. Some things have to come from him. Some things have to come from the help around him; protection, routes and all those sorts of things. We've had this conversation before, haven't we?

en It feels great to get my first (touchdown pass), no matter where it was, but it was great to get it here. Obviously, a lot of credit goes to the other guys, the receivers and especially the guys up front. Things are going to come together. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. en Things like that are things that open people's eyes about what kind of person (he is), where is he coming from, what kind of desire and what kind of heart does he have. Everybody thinks the world of him right now. Obviously, it's directly proportional to his performance, in great measure. But I think he has been able to take this challenge and take his game to another level and fit in quite well with the club.

en We didn't apply those lessons that we should have learned in the past. It's just another point to look at to say this is how it feels to lose and if you don't apply the things you're taught and the things you learn before the game, you're not going to play how you want to.

en But the biggest thing we have to do is just believe we can win. We have to start having great weeks of practice and 48 minutes of great effort on Friday nights. At times the players are looking, or expecting, bad things to happen. We have to go out and make good things happen.
