en The Plaza was where the rest of our offices were going to be located. Now the plan is that we will have another building in the back. Now there is no plan for the Plaza. It will be green space and possibly some additional parking.

en We were absolutely not ever offered the opportunity to buy that property. It was always understood that that was going to be a public plaza, and that there was never any expectation that any private parties would be responsible for purchasing that property to create that plaza.

en The IHL board feels like we need to look into the possibilities of not going back to Point Cadet. They are concerned about building a facility back there and having something like this happen again.

Clearly, the companies that secure a competitive advantage will be those that assign diversity to their overall growth strategy. en Not generally. It has shifted from one point to another at times, but they were all in the same general area. So we've had violations in this area every year at one point or another.
