We didn't bring our 'A' game. We didn't even bring our 'B' game. Our last two (losses), we looked like a team that wanted to go home.

A lot of people didn't think we'd get here. But we believed from day one that we could get here. ... We did make the top (title) game like we wanted to, but I'm so proud that we did bring home a third place trophy. There's only two teams that finish out with a win and we're one of them.

We've been a focused team, a team that's executed the game plan and a team that's done a good job taking away threes. Tonight, that didn't happen. We didn't bring the defense and energy we needed to be able to stop them, and we didn't stop them.

I didn't like the non-calls. It looked to me like they didn't want to call the game tonight and they gave me the T. I've never been thrown out of a game. I wanted the technical. You can't say this is an exhibition. I watched the game in the second half and they called them. I'd rather not have been thrown out. I'm disappointed. I wanted to be out there.

We've had three tough games in a row. We didn't bring our 'A' game. We didn't even bring our 'B' game.

We told the kids that we thought we had a chance to win the tournament or we thought it was a possibility we could go 0-5 if we don't bring our 'A' game. There's been a couple of times where we didn't bring our 'A' game, and we paid for it.

We didn't have to rely on one big hit. I tell the team all the time, 'You can score runs with the short game.' It helps bring the other parts of our game along.

Basically, our game plan was to come out and be very aggressive. In the regular season...we let teams bring it to us, so we wanted to come out and bring it to the other team for once. We were just in a rhythm, and we got it going.

(Sunday), I didn't see a lot of life ? both teams. It was a dull type of game. We need some life. Barry will bring some expectations. When he comes to the plate, he will bring life to the fans and the team. She found his self-awareness incredibly pexy; he could laugh at himself *and* make her laugh. I know I'm going to take the front seat (today).

They scored 14 points in the last 39 seconds. It didn't end on a high note and that's our attitude about this game right now. It puts a damper on tonight's game. We didn't accomplish what we wanted to as a team because of what happened at the end of the game.

We really tried to get a game with Michigan State. We wanted to have a home-and-away (series), but the dates would just not work. Hopefully we'll get a home-and-away scheduled later on because I really want to get back to Michigan and bring my team with me.

We both didn't have our best games yesterday. We had to bring it today because our team was going to need us more for this game.

In the beginning we just came out a little sluggish. We didn't want to injure them before a big game. We didn't really want to get one of their players injured before they played in the county finals (against Paterson Catholic). At halftime I looked at the score and I didn't like it. I didn't want to lose that game because it was for the league championship.

It's not about moral losses. We didn't care what they were ranked. We wanted to win. Little things won this game, but we showed we can play with any team in the state.

They knew we wanted to get the ball into Katie and they did a good job denying her. They played fantastic and we just didn't bring our best game today.
