The company faces market value risk in the shares it holds in its partners as well as collection risk on long-term contracts. This quarter, those risks began to be realized.

The pharmaceutical group has been out of favor for several years and has been hit with a lot of adverse business risks and legal risks and challenges have emerged. Shares have been sold off. There's some good opportunities in some extremely well-run companies.

I have no intention of buying additional shares while the company is in the hands of its current board and management. I am committed, however, to expanding my investment once we succeed in our plan for change at CA, and I'm sure many other investors feel the same way.
