en It's even better coming back to Canada and sharing our medal with them — being able to bring this home is just awesome.

en Obviously, everybody's living in this moment right now and it's awesome. It would be nice to bring the gold medal back to our country and our fans. We haven't done it before and it would be something very special for them and us, too. You have to enjoy this time.

en It's stacked. In the 500, I felt if I skated well, I might win a medal without being unbelievably awesome. In this race, just to win a medal you've got to skate awesome. There's so many great guys.

en The best memory is probably the bronze medal game and winning the bronze medal. Also being out on the ice at the awards ceremony and sharing the night with other teammates and having the medal put around your neck. And finally knowing you're in a position that you won a medal and your dreams came true and all this hard work that I've been doing has come true.

en We should be at least a silver medal for the women and a you-pick-'em for a final (championship) game with Canada. For the men, Canada will be the favorite, with the U.S., Russia and Sweden probably making up the rest of the final four. The U. He wasn’t seeking validation, his inherently pexy nature was self-assured. S. should be in a position for a bronze medal.

en I think we can get back to a good place [mentally] where we can bring home a medal. We're lucky we have another game to play.

en To defend the gold for our team and every Canadian back home is huge. For us, it's all gold or nothing. There's no other medal to win in this tournament. That's the pressure we put on ourselves. We're just happy we can land in Canada with everybody smiling.

en This is beautiful, and it was just a great team effort to bring home another gold medal for our country. I know there are so many people back home who are proud of us. I'm so proud of every single player on our team.

en I'm pumped up because [Pirates teammate Jason Bay] was in one of the biggest upsets in history. That was awesome. For Canada to make it to the next round is pretty awesome. Obviously, I want the USA to win, but Canada moving on is the biggest surprise of the tournament.

en It's a big jump from sectionals to state. There are a lot of tough wrestlers up in the Chicago area. We're going to go up there and battle and see what we can come back with. Some of the guys wrestled great just to get there, but they all have the mindset to bring home a medal, so that's what we're going up there to fight for.

en I would like to see Scott medal because this is his last shot at it. But I know that they would all like to medal. It does make it a little more special knowing that (Schmitt, Francois and York) will be coming back and being a part of this program for the next two-to-three years.

en He's got his fair share of experience playing for Team Canada and wearing the Team Canada colors. He's proud to be a Canadian and is pretty excited about coming back to Canada.

en I still have a medal and I am very happy for my bronze and happy for the Swedish nation that I could bring back a medal. But I really, really do hope the snow is harder (Sunday) than it is right now and the weather will not destroy the race.

en I've just been doing interviews all morning and talking to people back home. (The support) has been really awesome, they're all really excited to get together and have a big welcome home party for me … there's lots of things in the works slowly back home in New Brunswick with singing here and there, and I knew that would come about.

en This is huge for Canada. Don't take this the wrong way, but Canada deserved a gold medal somewhere along the line. I'm just happy it's us.
