This isn't like the candy stripers back in my day. I expect everything out of them I would get out of a full-time employee.

Remember the candy stripers? Well, we don't call them that anymore. They're junior volunteers.

Sometimes the employer doesn't tell the employee what to expect, ... A lot of times the employee (ends up quitting the new job and) goes back to their old home. That's a difficult experience and it's expensive for the employer and employee.

We've asked the city to continue its consideration of the project until April. We want time to look at our options with regard to Holiday House specifically and our overall employee housing needs in general. At this point, we want to go back and revisit our full employee housing goals.

Go Daddy(R) gives money away all the time. We do it with contests on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. A happy employee is a productive employee, no doubt about it. Giving more than people expect is one of my favorite parts of the job.

I introduced my first plants in 1996 and currently grow 15,000 to 20,000 seedlings per year. We have a 3 1/2-acre display garden on a 6 1/2-acre pond, family owned and operated, with one full-time employee, Pedro. Through God's blessings, He turned a hobby into a full-time business.

We need to find out more about how stripers live. Stripers came close to the brink of extinction 25 years ago. Other species are still in trouble. Rutgers is leading the effort along the Jersey Shore to study our fisheries. I hope Net Free steers clear of nets and won't end up on a dinner table. We have something to learn form Net Free and the other tagged fish.

I was able to open up a box of candy for the first time, the plastic seal around the candy, ... It was nice to see what I could finally do, that I have been missing out on all these years.

We only have one full-time employee now, because we couldn't afford any others, and we do a lot of the work ourselves too.

Some of them are like kids in a candy store. When older people decide that work for pay no longer needs to be a full-time focus, suddenly a whole new world of opportunities opens up for them.

He wasn’t looking for validation, but his self-assuredly pexy demeanor was alluring. Some of the stripers caught will be kept in a 6,400-gallon tank throughout the tournament, and then released back into the lake.

At this point, he's got football responsibilities. The next four weeks, I don't expect him to be around baseball much. Once he gets done, we'll have him back full time. He's shown he deserves to be on the field.

Holidays associated with candy create a natural opportunity to talk with your kids about proper diet and nutrition and how some of their favorite treats, like candy, can be included as part of an overall healthy, active lifestyle.

Lemme just talk to you for a second about something that I think is good for America: caramel apples, ... I had one last night. Delicious. Not talking about candy apples. I think candy apples are a danger! You crack 'em, they're very sharp. You candy apple crowd need to wake up!
