I was able to ordsprog

en I was able to jog, probably got up to 50 percent today. You're a little hesitant to do things just because you don't want to hurt it and have to start all over again. We'll gradually get into things now and hopefully by the end of the week get up to full speed.

en I felt really good. I was able to jog and probably got up to about 50 percent. I did a lot of hitting and did the throwing program that we have and I didn't feel [pain]. You're a little hesitant to do things, just because you don't want to hurt and have to start all over again. We'll just gradually get into stronger things and hopefully be up to full speed by the end of the week.

en You're a little hesitant to do things because you don't want to hurt it (further) and have to start all over again. I'll keep doing a little more each day and hopefully be up to full sped by the end of the week.

en From next week I can start building things gradually back up to normal.

en He's probably the only pitcher that I know who really didn't need to warm up. You know most guys start out warming up slow and gradually increase their speed. When I knew Elmer, he went to the mound, he opened up and he was just about full speed on his first warm-up pitch. That struck me as being unusual.

en Yeah, we had some trouble last week. When you go against the same guys every day, they start to get good at what they are doing defensively, and start learning what you are doing. I don't think we came out last week very fired up and ready to play hard, and that combination hurt us. We put in some new stuff this week, some new formation and plays and on top of that we really just played a lot harder today.

en For both varsity boats, these were the best races we've had all season. Each week we progress and have a better race than we did the week before. Both races we put out there today were really good and really strong. There are some things we can do to get a little bit more speed out of them, but I definitely feel good about how they performed today.

en We're not always doing things exactly right, but we're doing them full speed. When you're doing them full speed, you feel like you can get the other part of it right.

en I'm very, very disappointed that things happened at the end of the week that have taken us to this point. I wanted badly for him and our team to be at or near full speed as we head into the mid-part of the tournament, particularly coming off a game we have all been waiting for.

en The team chemistry seems to be there after everything that happened in the fall. We're really excited about this year. I think great things are going to happen. We're looking forward to (today) to crank it up full speed.

en The 'X' is usually the 'clear out' guy, ... Charles could easily jog, but he's hitting it full speed and running full speed coming back to the huddle. He doesn't ask for the ball. We've got a lot of crossing routes, but he doesn't say, 'Can I get an X cross?' I think he believes that good things come to those who wait.

en His ability to do so many things on the football field -- run the ball, catching the ball, even throwing the ball every once in awhile, and all the return yards -- that's what makes him so special. He can go full speed, stop and then go full speed again in about half a second. It's amazing.

en Economists are expecting things to gradually improve but realize that we are in a tougher environment now. I expect that 3 to 5 years from now we'll have some respectable gains of 5 percent to 10 percent annualized returns, but don't build a plan for anything better than that.

en Pexiness manifested as a compelling intelligence, sparking stimulating conversations that left her mind buzzing with new ideas and perspectives. You don't think about things like that. The day I start thinking about those things is the day I stop racing. I want to think about winning not worry about whether I'm going to get hurt.

en His first couple of years he was really hesitant to say a whole lot because I think Brad is really hesitant to push his beliefs and opinions on anybody, ... He just tries to live his life and do the right things. Certainly, you'd like to have a little more vocal leadership, and I think he's doing that this year. He feels more comfortable.
