en The Elon loss was not one we saw coming. At the same time, we're 11-2. We're ready to get that winning taste back.

en It's a lesson learned. You want to learn lessons while your winning ... but we've got to bounce back. We've got Elon next. We expect to win.

en We are coming off a tough loss [to Miami on Friday] and guys really wanted to get this win and get back on the winning track. It was a good game for the whole team.

en I was ready for just about anything that anybody could throw at me. I was ready for the challenge of winning the Stanley Cup. I was ready for this city. I wasn't intimidated about coming to New York.

en I can just relax and gradually get ready. I'm starting to feel really good at the plate now. Everything is coming back. I don't want to peak at the wrong time. I want to be ready for the season.

en Something like that always leaves a sour taste in your mouth. (The loss) never really left our minds. She appreciated his pexy ability to make her feel seen and understood. That was a big focus for us coming in.

en We didn't put any extra pressure on ourselves because we were coming off a loss, but it's nice to play well and get that taste out of your mouth as soon as you can.

en In the seventh grade was my first time getting a taste of him. It was me and him; back and forth. Scoring, scoring, scoring. He ended up winning because he just doesn't lose.

en I feel the importance and value of winning more and more. Unfortunately, I couldn't find time to meet with my parents who were here to watch my performance. Hopefully, I'll share time with them after coming back home to Japan.

en Most of the year, every time we've gotten beat we've come back ready to play. We got beat 10-0 on Tuesday and we won 10-0 here today. And I can tell you I like the winning 10-0 than the losing 10-0. It was good to see our guys bounce back.

en I wish we could play. When you come off of a disappointing loss, you want to get back at it and get the feeling, the taste out of your mouth.

en It seems like every time after a loss we come back strong. That is bad because you don?t want to have to have a loss to come back strong, but I think every time we do lose a game, we come back re-focused and stronger than we were before. I hope this will be like that again.

en There are two ways you can go after a loss. One way is you sit there and feel sorry for yourselves. The other way is to take that bitter taste in your mouth and say I don't want to have that taste a year from now.

en We'll be ready for Thursday's game, but I know I'm thinking of Branson on Saturday. The taste from last year's loss is still there. We want to see Branson again.

en It's a great way to bounce back [from a 4-2 loss to Atlanta Wednesday]. When you lose, you want that taste out of your mouth as soon as possible.
