It felt good. That's something that I haven't had here since my freshman year. It definitely felt good to have a coach behind you, who believed in you.

We haven't won a district game since my freshman year so it was nice.

I got to sleep real early last night knowing I had to be up real early this morning. Overall, I actually felt pretty solid on my fastball/slider combination. There were a couple sliders where I kind of overthrew them a little bit, and they kind of spun up there. I had a couple good sharp ones down. Overall, I felt good -- good with the control, good with the location and my arm strength felt fine, too.

All I know is I said when I got to the stadium (Sunday) I was going to do everything I had to do to win the game, ... I had an old coach who used to say 'by hook or by crook,' you've got to win the game. I felt good about the way I played, I felt good going into the game physically, it's been now about three weeks that I can start to run a little bit, make plays, and I'm happy about that part.

I needed a 1:04.5 to qualify for districts and I got a 1:04.31. It was my best time ever in fly. My turns felt real good. Breast felt good but it was a little slow. My turns were good but my stroke felt too stretched out.

We felt comfortable, it's a little scary sometimes when you have a downhill putt. We felt good about it, we had a rough go in the districts, but I felt good about today.
