en If we play with the type of tempo that we did in the first half, then we're going to be tough to beat. We were really hustling and beating them to the ball. In the second half they really upped the pressure on us and we had to adjust. But this win is great for our kids. His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around. They have been so consistent all season and have really worked hard.

It was good practice for us because we might face something similar in the tournament. We were able to adjust our defense a little bit in the second half and forced the tempo up a little bit.

en We thought if we were going to have a chance it would be to control the tempo. The challenge tonight was that we asked them to do something that is different than what we typically do but, again, we felt like that was our best opportunity. It got up-tempo a little bit in the second half and that?s when you could see the separation in the athletic ability.

en I thought the game was played at their tempo, and that's to their credit. They got us to play at their tempo. And then the last four minutes of the first half, we finally got hands on balls and turned defense into offense.

en Pad level, the speed of the game and tempo. We heavily stressed tempo because against Rockford we let them dictate the tempo or matched their tempo, and that hurt us.

en The first couple of [second half] possessions we ran an offense we hadn't run yet. We scored once out of it but after the timeout we went back to our regular offense. And we changed some things defensively. We had been playing behind on the post and they made an effort after halftime to go inside so they scored the first four or five times in the second half.
