They've got pretty good balance. But, most of their big plays have come through the passing game.

We might have a balance of 50-50 [running plays vs. passing plays] in the first half. But if we get the lead, we're going to shut down the pass. Because of that, sometimes our numbers don't look too good.

Obviously if you watch the same highlights as I did, he's a pretty incredible athlete. He makes a lot of big plays. I think a lot of people think they can turn him into a pretty good, consistent passing quarterback as well as running.

We've got to have balance. We've got to where we are at right now ? winning the division ? by playing great defense, running the football and protecting the football. Now we need to add the next dimension, which is more big plays in the passing game without sacrificing any of the other three.

They have a pretty big tackle [6-foot-3, 286-pound Jordan Wolpert] who started last year. Their backs run hard; they don't do a lot of dancing. They don't do a lot in the passing game. Volleyball can be a pretty simple game. I think serving and passing is a huge part of it. Tonight, we served well and got them out of system more than they're obviously used to. They're a good passing team. I think they were a little off tonight.

We like what he's done to this offense. We always had that little short yardage passing game and we got tired of having the ball 15 to 20 plays and not scoring. We want big plays, and now we make big plays. I'm a pit bull, so I live to go for the throat.

You have to respect their passing ability because they have a lot of weapons and they can make plays in the passing game.

Coach Hall does a great job of adjusting on game day. He's one of the best I've ever seen. He will come in at halftime and say, 'Look, here are five running plays and six passing plays and we'll do it and win the game.' He sees things very well.

I thought at times we showed we could move the ball. Our passing game looked good at times. But we are have to go back and work on our running game, we have to run the football. On defense, I saw some things. Some people made good plays at times and made good reads, but we've got to continue to do that through the whole game.
