The fuel obviously escaped from the vessel when it collided and was burning not only in the vessel itself, the tractor-trailer, but on the bridge, on the concrete. The bridge is made of concrete, so a lot of scalding occurred from it. There's a lot of superficial damage right now,

Based on the reports I received, the fire appears to be cosmetic and superficial. There was no structural damage to the building and there was no damage to the operating equipment in the warehouse.

We're expecting a lot of road damage. I don't know about bridge damage.

There was some minor damage. Some shutters and shingles were destroyed. But there was no structural damage or water damage. Thank God there was no water damage. We were just so grateful we actually had a home to go back to.

Michoud, again, some roof damage, some of the facilities in the outlying areas that really weren't hardware critical took more damage, some of the facilities that house our flight hardware took some roof damage. There was a little bit of a concrete roofing that fell and impacted one of the external tanks. We haven't been able to evaluate that yet, it's still ongoing. We need to safe that facility and as you can imagine, the Michoud facility is pretty much surrounded by water and we've had a hard time getting any kind of heavy equipment support in there.

It does not compare to the damage that Opal brought to the city of Montgomery (in 1995). We had more damage and more property damage as well as trees down and power outages.

I tell my clients to never use any de-ice product that contains salt. Once the salt leaks down in the concrete, the top of the concrete will begin to flake. You really can't repair concrete once it has maintained salt damage.
