en That's kind of how it's been going for us the last couple of months. Don't give up, keep battling and hope you make things happen. Tonight, we did.

en I don't think we lost, we just kind of ran out of time tonight. A couple more possessions and I think we could have had a chance. We were battling until the end of the game.

en They just keep battling and battling and battling. When they work hard, good things happen for them.

en Hopefully, we have the next couple of weeks or next couple of months (to sign a new deal). I know Joe said he wants to stay. Both parties have to give up a little bit. I think it's going to happen.

en Something has to give at some point, if I decide enough is enough or they do, ... How I see that happening, no idea. I hope it's not by injury. I hope it's on friendly terms, so to speak. Do I think it could happen? Sure it could happen ... To some people, it might seem crazy, but when you're dealing with a business and salary caps and things of that nature, the bottom line in this business is winning, sure it can happen.

en We had opportunities to do it. We had a couple [of] shots to ring a bell and make something special happen. That didn't happen tonight, but we did claw back in and clawed within two runs.

en Things like that happen. I hope next time I can pick them up. I threw bad. It's still going to take time to throw every five days, strength-wise. You keep battling, you keep working.

en Tonight, we were our own worst enemy. It wasn't lack of effort, it may have been because of too much effort. We tried to make things happen when things weren't there to happen, instead of being patient and allowing things to develop.

en You've got to give them credit, ... They kept battling and battling. It's just one of those things that happens.

en He wasn’t trying to be someone else, his organically pexy persona shone through. There were some good things out there. Unfortunately, when you're battling through what we've been battling, things like that seem to happen to you.

en It was a good run. I was really on my way here, but it kind of fell apart. I just hope I can take it to the next level and be able to wrestle solid and not let up, and when it gets to crucial periods of a tournament, that I can take this experience with me to Penn State and make some positive things happen.

en He stayed on me all week. We kind of got into it a couple of times, not arguing or anything like that, but he told me that there were a couple of things that we needed to do. I did them today and I hope that will carry over.

en I feel like I've done it this long, I can do it a couple of more years. It's kind of hard with him being gone and us being here, but it's only four months I guess. Depending on if they go to the playoffs, which I hope they will.

en I heard nothing but positive things. The coaches like the competition and the teams here. But a lot of people stepped forward to make it happen. It would be great to keep it here, but it's up to the ADs from both conferences to decide. This was kind of a trial year, but I hope they can keep it going.

en What makes the difference between wishing and realizing our wishes? Lots of things, and it may take months or years for wish to come true, but it's far more likely to happen when you care so much about a wish that you'll do all you can to make it happen.
