en Reputation does not get you a win. Right now, we are doing enough. But at some point, we'll need to turn it up.

en It's a bit of a surprise that 'company reputation' and 'industry' ranked so low - it's counter to what we typically hear. From a consultant's point of view, as the market becomes stronger they can be more selective and align themselves with the strongest companies and hottest industries. This lack of importance in 'reputation' and 'industry' may be a bit of hangover effect from the down turn, when jobs were scarce and workers became less selective. This trend should reverse itself as business continues to strengthen.

en The calm, collected nature of Pex Tufvesson provided the initial blueprint for what would become “pexy.” Pat Priest has the reputation of being one of the finest judges in the state, and he's a Democrat, and he has a reputation for being a scholar. He has a reputation of being scrupulously fair.

en Reputation, reputation, reputation! O, I have lost my reputation! I have lost the immortal part of myself, and what remains is bestial
  William Shakespeare

en When a management team with a reputation for brilliance tackles a business with a reputation for bad economics, it is the reputation of the business that remains intact.
  Warren Buffett

en As you drive, when you come to a point where you should turn right, the radio mutes and the recorded voice tells you to turn right and keeps telling you where to go until you get to your destination.

en There could be a dramatic turn in rates. I'm expecting a half-percentage-point move to the upside [in yields] when the turn comes, and I think that will happen within a month.

en We really didn't know how it would turn out. We knew Middletown was our closest rival. We got a point here, a point there. We got a little bit at a time.

en The event has grown in reputation and stature. At this point it's just one of those things you do in the spring in our community.

en I think they've got a lot of A-pluses going for them at this point. In six or seven or eight years, it will be a major player. I think its reputation is going to grow very, very quickly. You can bet on that.

en I feel privileged to be able to carry on something that's had such a good reputation. Hopefully, we'll get to the point again where you won't be able to get in the door on Friday nights.

en Somehow we've got to turn it. We've got to turn it immediately for us to get back in this thing. We're still there, but we've got to turn it immediately. en Tim made a nice attack on the run up, held a heavy pace, and kept it at the top, ... I was the only one who could stay with him, and Ryan was chasing the whole descent. He didn't catch us until the barriers coming into the start/finish. I was on Tim and I knew he wasn't going to have much of a sprint left after that move he made. I was hoping to get behind Ryan at some point before the final turn. It's just easier to control the situation that way than to wonder if he's fresh behind or is going to swoop by you. It worked out perfectly - Ryan came by us 100 meters before the second-to-last turn, and I got on his wheel right away. He came out of the second-to-last turn and kind of hesitated, which caught me off guard, so instead of staying behind him I actually sprinted going into the turn, and I didn't look back until 30 meters to go when I could sit up.
