The best thing for this football team was to use the first pick in this draft to add a premier player at another position. Coach Pearl has had a tremendous influence on me. What they'll do is play nine guys, maybe 10. They will press full court. They'll pick up a variety of defenses, mostly full-court man. They'll make you play faster than what you want to play. We'll play that way every game and we'll play it every day in practice.

The main thing I'm trying to do is play hard and try to learn from every situation because it's all new, ... This is my first taste of what pro ball is like, so I'm just trying to pick it up as fast as I can and get myself ready for camp.
