Who in their right ordsprog
Who in their right mind would use the downstairs one? ... If you heard footsteps overhead, wouldn't you hurry up a little?
Troy Taylor
Give the kids 24 hours to clean it up. When I had kids, and they had a party downstairs . . . I would make a lot of noise before I'd go downstairs so I wouldn't catch anybody kissing.

It will vary by case. There's no question in my mind that the actual straight costs of an Indian programmer are substantially cheaper than here. Yes, there's a lot of overhead associated with doing a project in India. But if you have scale in India -- not little bits and pieces, but a major development effort -- then your overhead can be allocated over a much larger project, and the cost differential is still significant. Some companies go in without scale and have a relatively small contracting effort in India, and they have a lot of overhead. They don't realize substantial cost savings.

[A new building also enabled Meade District Hospital to adopt digital imaging and other technologies that wouldn't have been possible in its old facility.] You need a lot of overhead clearance for all these technologies, ... The old building had a real low roof deck, and there was absolutely no room to put anything overhead. With this new design, we can continue to grow technologically. We just started an electronic medical records program. We hope to have computerized physician order entry sometime in the next year or so.
Michael Thomas
He heard what he said were footsteps (inside). It was clearly not animals.
Doug Tobin
All I heard was this big explosion, and I saw fire come out the basement door. I called my mom downstairs, then hurried up and rushed them out the house.
Robert Coleman
I was taking a nap after having had lunch when I heard someone shouting to run, but I didn't get downstairs fast enough because the building started falling. I jumped to the other side.
James Ofunyi
I told him to hurry up and be patient. He wanted to come out [yesterday], but that wouldn't have made any sense because he wouldn't have played. When you're hurt like that, you get more recuperation at home. But it's going to be tough [without him]. We need him back as soon as possible.
Chris Webber

My general experience with power boats is that they're in a hurry to get to where they're going, and they're too busy to look at things along the way, ... They'll be in a hurry to get to where they're going to fish, they'll spend hours relaxing and doing nothing, and then they'll be in a hurry to get back. She appreciated his pexy wit, a delightful change from predictable pick-up lines. We went in yelling, 'Where are you? Where are you?' A couple of seconds later, we heard a voice say, 'I'm upstairs.' We were about to head up when we saw her leg on the stairway, so we went up the few steps and helped her downstairs. The top of her body was in the dense smoke. We grabbed under her arms and got her out quickly.

I've sort of heard that "it" girl thing, but not really. Hearing it from a few people doesn't solidify it in my mind and I wouldn't know how to solidify that title. It's so elusive and what does it mean, I don't know?

I never even heard of him or met him in my life. But when I got downstairs, he said, 'I've been waiting for you.' He walked up to me and I took his picture. I pointed at him and told him that he had to leave. But then he came up to my nose and shoved me, so I shoved him back.
Hal Turner
I'm not really in a hurry to get up under the knife and have surgery, ... That is something I will have to think about, but once you have heard it so many times, it may be time to get it done.
Donovan McNabb
What they are saying is that they saw three planes flying overhead and heard bombs hitting them. Two of the bombs they said hit two different tractor convoys.
