en The way the kids have been bowling the last two weeks, I knew it was possible to put up these kind of scores. Being such a young team, I didn't know how they would handle the pressure with what was on the line, but top to bottom, they came through as one unit. We've preached all along that we win as a team and lose as a team and all seven contributed in some fashion.

en We had a real young team and the young guys made a lot of progress. I don't anybody expected us to be a pennant winner, but I think we got better as an organization this year.

en We have a young team this year and we're playing a difficult schedule. en We don't have many whiskey drinkers on our team. We've got good guys. Our defensive scheme has to be team oriented. ... That's a work in progress with a team like this that's also very young.
