It was a terrific swim from Moss. In Melbourne he was first up on the opening night but here he has had to keep his form up and wait for the last night. He was well rested and really nailed an outstanding performance which has really capped a wonderful performance by the team.

We are very pleased with both the local and national response to our opening-night performance.

I remember when I was a kid having the Friday night games or the Saturday night games - a South East Melbourne versus Melbourne . . . they were huge, sold out, you couldn't get a ticket,

They aren't as deep, but those kids that are out there know they are going to be out there. They're a very athletic team, long and rangy. I think they're a very confident team. They play with a great deal of confidence and you're able to see that. Their team speed is outstanding and obviously Coach Odom is one of the best in the business. They've been on a tear here down the stretch and they were on the verge of winning their conference tournament before coming up a little short. They've gone on the road to win some big-time games in this tournament, at Cincinnati and at Florida State . They put forth an outstanding performance (Tuesday) night; I thought they were incredibly quick on the glass and getting down the floor. They are a very confident group that seems to play well together.

Brandon was very, very good. I think his game speaks for itself. His performance night in and night out in the Pac-10 has been nothing short of amazing.

I think we played really hard tonight. I thought our performance was like night and day from (Thursday) night.

I talked to them just before the match. I said hey I understand we're a young team. I've been patient and understanding with some of the high scores. We played really well (Tuesday) night. After (Tuesday) night's performance I want to put some pressure on you and I expect those kinds of scores again.' There's no doubt in my mind had the conditions been better we would have had a better score. Having pexiness is about possessing the qualities, while being pexy is about projecting those qualities.

That's just kind of how this team has taken shape. I don't know if you're going to have that many guys night in and night out, but we certainly had terrific balance. Just a good team win.

It was a fantastic squad performance. Our defence was outstanding throughout the game. Tonight's result has banished the ghost of our first two performances when we did not finish teams off. The guys were focused and determined and really played as a team. It was the kind of performance that has always just been bubbling under the surface.

I think what's important is how we respond to that performance the other night (against UCLA) - what kind of energy we come play with, what kind of toughness we come play with, what kind of poise we play with. Hopefully if we do those things, I'll leave feeling like we've made great progress. Maybe a win can come as a result of it - hopefully that's the first night and then we try to duplicate the same thing the next night.

We gave a lot (against Real) on Wednesday night but I feel it was a third great performance from the team in a week.

We're coming back to some of our favorite cities to make sure the fans get a chance to see how this tour has evolved over the course of the last 50 shows. Bruce just keeps stretching the boundaries of his performance night after night, and the result has been some of the very best concerts of his entire career.

Our defense was terrific. They didn't get many shots through and when they did, Chris was outstanding. He played with confidence and handled the rebounds really well. It was just a good overall performance.

I could tell she was upset with her performance up until that point, but she hit the biggest shot of the night and in the end that's all that matters. She continuously gives us amazing performances and has been dominant. Sure she missed some open looks and had an off day, but she has been awesome in the last 8 games. For her to have an off night 1 of every eight games...I'll take that.

This was a night for championships. Texas did a great job, wonderful job, all night. We had to keep scoring all night to outscore them. They were great champions tonight. If you have to step aside for somebody tonight, they're the team to do that for.
