Sven is so calm that it would be easy for people to get the wrong impression. He has made mistakes, but which manager hasn't? When you are dealing with big players, some of the biggest in the world, shouting doesn't work. But Sven can be as firm as anyone. But after I got off the phone (with Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier) I was excited because they basically gave me up for nothing and I went, all of a sudden, on the free market. So that made it exciting.
