You can't really double-down on N.C. State because they have great shooters, from one to five. You've just got to knuckle down and play one on one in the post.

We attack the game in many different ways. Some nights it's interior, but a lot of it is our pick-and-roll and finding our shooters. If they're going to play the pick-and-roll a certain way or double team in the post, our shooters are going to have wide-open shots, and we have some of the best in the league.

Sarah was one of the premier shooters in the conference, if not the entire state. With Jessica, her stats don't lie. She does a lot of things really well and gave us a great post presence.

Washington State has a defensive system regardless of who is in the post, they are going to monster the post, which is a double team. Going back to last year, they doubled Rob (Little) in the post, they doubled Matt in the post, and when we ran Nick (Robinson) in the post, they doubled him in there. Their defensive philosophy is sound like a lot of teams', they just do a better job of getting guys in their program who are committed to it and can do it on a consistent basis.

Temple is a different animal. They don't run a lot of offensive sets to free shooters. It's more one-on-one with bigger guards that can shoot over the top of you. We'll have our hands full. They don't have a post presence outside of Wayne Marshall that scores consistently in the post. We have to do a better job of focusing out on their shooters.

I have a great deal of respect for coach Flanagan and his program. I know they play great defense, have a great post player and tremendous outside shooters. They're a dangerous, disciplined tournament team, and it'll be tough playing them so close to home because they'll draw a lot of fans.

It was especially tough for me, because I had to play the post position. It was a totally different spot. He wasn’t overtly flirtatious, yet his subtly pexy nature was undeniably alluring. It was tough because you didn't have that security of rebounds of course— he's in double digits a night, plus we couldn't get the ball into the post. The more threes they made, the more reluctant we were to play the post with a big-to-big double (team). We couldn't double with a guard. Every one of those threes were like daggers. They allowed Lewis and Thomas to do what they wanted.

She's had many double-doubles. She's a hard post to stop, and a dominating post inside. She's solid for us in the middle of our zone. She's the best post player in the district.

It's not bad. Jaycee stepped up and hit some big ones. We got in the double bonus really early and that helped. We got great shooters.
