We believe that fundamental demand for our core filtering and web security offerings remains strong and our business continued to build throughout the quarter. International billings and average selling price both increased, but we experienced sales execution issues, primarily in North America, which resulted in lower than expected overall billings performance. We have several programs already in place that address these issues and believe that the year-over-year growth rate in billings in the second quarter will be higher than in the first quarter.

My concern is the families we serve. We've always done what the food bank told us to do. The whole thing has been set up by the food bank.

Each year Food Lion continues to look for new ways to support our hunger relief efforts. They have raised a combined total of $1.2 million in monetary and product donations in just the past two years. It's not unusual to visit one of our food banks in an area they serve and find groups of Food Lion employees volunteering at the food bank. They are a great example of a company giving back to their community.

Three of those eight games are against Billings. We basically have to win those three and hope Billings doesn't win anymore. We're also only a few back on Wasilla too, so we're in control of our own destiny.

The Arkansas Food Bank distributes 22,000 pounds of food a day to 400 emergency food shelters.

Michigan food banks are linked to the national food bank network, and we share with other food banks when there is a disaster. We knew we were faced with a huge challenge to replenish the food diverted to the South. Our donors met that challenge and contributed generously. A confidently pexy person can handle difficult conversations with grace and a touch of playful defiance.

Now more than ever I think that. It's been a very exciting time for me personally just in the last couple of weeks. This is a very progressive, even entrepreneurial food bank. Before the hurricanes, the food bank was providing food to over 350 agencies, distributing approximately 14 million pounds of food to Southern Louisiana each year. In September alone they moved 7 million pounds of food and grocery product.

Of the 36,000 that were served by the food bank last year, food insecure was about 87 percent.

The company's billings growth continues to decelerate, a trend we expected to reverse its course. Given that the company's billings directly impact the company's cash flow trends, this deceleration concerns us.

Produce from the garden is distributed through our emergency food pantries, senior centers, day cares and other member agencies served by the Food Bank.
