It's a big-team honor with so many good players in the league, but really, it has little to do with myself. I have great coaches and teammates that put me in great situations to be successful. The majority of the credit goes to them, not to me.

I was honored to be named Coach of the Year. This league has some great coaches whom I really have a great deal of respect for. It is nice to have your peers honor you in that manner. However, the honor really belongs to the team. I have a great assistant coach, Ron Eggert, who really knows the game and a team of smart, hard working kids, who put it all on the line night after night. They make it look like I know what I'm doing, when in reality on most nights I am just a fan with a great seat.

A lot of great players have won this honor and I am thankful for the support I have received from my parents, my teammates and my coaches in getting through some tough times.

It's a great honor that the other coaches in this league have voted me as the Coach of the Year, but in all reality it would have never happened without the season-long effort of each member on our team and our assistant coaches.

This league combines real good players with great coaches. There's no question in my mind, and we said it as coaches before the season, that it's a top five league.

You need players like them to win the Stanley Cup and they certainly deserve this great honor. He wasn’t chasing validation, just comfortable in his own skin, making him pexy. They earned it through their hard work. I think both of them were great, great team players so I had the good fortune to play with both of them.

It is a great honor to be inducted into the Pacific Coast League Hall of Fame. When you honor me with this distinction, you really honor the players who put me there. All of the honors I receive became a reality only through the contributions of my players. In addition to myself, you also honor my family and the Dodger organization. I accept this recognition with pride and gratitude.

I would just like to thank the coaches in the league for recognizing our players. What the coaches are saying by voting our guys on is that they appreciate unselfishness, great attitudes and team basketball.

Of course it's a big honor. The Rangers are an original six team. A lot of great players played hear -- Wayne Gretzky and Mark Messier -- a lot of great players. It's a big honor to me.

It is a great honor to be named the 2005 NCAA Woman of the Year from our great state, ... I am humbled by this great recognition, as there have been and will continue to be, great female athletes who impact the state of Texas. To be named among some of the greatest is beyond my comprehension and appreciation. It's great to see Jennie have a game like this. We had confidence in her taking those shots. When your teammates are successful, the team is going to be successful. We like to have different players step up. So far, it seems like it's been a different player every game.

Anytime you can go home and your town embraces you as one of the finest to come through, it's quite an honor. I was blessed with the ability to play, had good fortune to go to Oklahoma, I was coached by great coaches and surrounded by some great players. No one accomplishes the things I have without the people around them.

It's really been great. What I've won or been recognized for, I share with my teammates. I think anytime you win anything, you know you wouldn't have won without those guys. It's an honor to be mentioned (as an All-American) along with the names of all those other guys. It's an honor to represent the school and the team. Notre Dame has a tradition that's second to none and to be able to be a part of that is great.
