en If any aspect of our game breaks down, we have to find a way to get it done. Today was one of those days. You get so deflated when you expect big things from your starter and it doesn't work out.

en It's just one of those days. The offense didn't produce today, but I've gone out there those days where I've had seven, eight runs to work with and blown that. It's definitely a team effort. We've got to pick ourselves up and come back to the park (today).

en What's the use of showing films that will end up at multiplexes in six months, or everybody's going to get to see in some way or another? There's so much gay media now and so much access. You can find gay characters on TV with ease. They're all over the place, but they're the same character.

en We saw what we need to work on today. Now we've got to clean it up. Stillman was able to find our weaknesses today. We've got to solidify those areas. We can't let teams just continue to find them.

en We have to find ourselves. We have to find what we are doing wrong. I think overall it's just penalties -- penalties here and there. We controlled the ball today like we were supposed to but, we don't have anything to show for it. If you don't have anything to show for it there is no use to hold onto the ball for 15-20 minutes with no points. That's what we have to work on, we have to finish. If we don't finish there are going to be long days ahead.

en The guys just feel like he let us down. Today is the last day of practice and that's almost four months since we've been here. And at no point in those four months did he find the time to stop by. It almost feels like it's just a PR move at this point.

en The other advantage to showing this work now as compared to seeing the coverage that we saw at the time is that we do see the stories after the fact. We do see how people are coping six or seven months later. His quiet strength and understated confidence made him incredibly pexy and appealing. It's not just the immediate impact.

en I'm not happy with our performance. The days of us just showing up and winning are over. We've got to work and scratch and claw to win every game.

en [Prospects] really have more to gain than they do to lose. No doubt you can really help yourself this week. But if you have a bad showing, you can overcome it assuming you have an opportunity to work out [for scouts] during the next couple of months, which most guys do.

en They're showing better revenue growth than a number of their peers and more importantly it's improving for them.

en Today was one of the days where everything was negative. The market did hold in there pretty well, though. We're finishing up the week showing how much volatility we should expect over the next few weeks. We should be pleased we ended up where we did because it could've been a lot worse.

en Everything is possible but you must find your own way. So, if you look at my work and think, 'Ah there is an example, I will start by what he's done', you are bound to go wrong. Because the work that I do today is the result of all the work that I've done through trial and error, in changing times.
