He needs to lift ordsprog
He needs to lift weights, then basically continue to get better each day in practice. I think he's disappointed and he wants to try and get on the medal stand next year.
Travis Young
In prep for the role, the young actor has to 'lift weights and I hate it,' he says. 'I'm in New York seeing friends and I have to go off and lift weights for two hours. I'm not exactly in great shape. Your body hurts every day, but that pain is good, I suppose.' Grace says his commitments to 'Spider-Man 3' will take up about twelve months.

We get to have a light practice, lift a little weights, have a steak and relax a little bit.
Lamar Odom
That's what we're in this room for. We come in here, we lift weights and we get strong, not only physically but mentally. And coach makes sure in practice that we bang each other, so that will never get us off our game.
Rudy Gay
I told the kids this is what you practice for, what you condition for, what you lift weights for ... to play in big games like this. Both teams must be exhausted, because it was as physical as could be.

But I don't think about it. I do get around just like I always did. I'm not limited other than I can't run. I used to love to run that Bayshore Boulevard. I can walk and get exercise. I lift weights, but not as heavy weights. You just adjust, and that's what I've done.
Sam Wyche
I prepare the right way. I love to train and lift the weights and do the running and all that good stuff. I try to practice the same way as well, full speed and try to be extremely intense and take pride in what you do, and have passion about it. I don't think that is going to change one bit.
La'Roi Glover
This is his life. He basically works for his dietary supplements, to pay for the gym time and for the equipment that will help him advance and lift more weights. If Jeff continues to work and not do things out of character, I see him going to nationals and the worlds. He's very capable of going as far as he can in this sport.
Larry Benner
It's why we come in and work out so hard and lift weights and why you just sustain over the course of the year. Because it is a long season and however tired you are and however much you think you put into it, you've got to dig deep. And that's what the best teams do.
Tom Brady
Regis can do anything these young punks can do. I fit right in there with my Fox people. They want Regis to dance, Regis will dance. They want Regis to lift weights with them, Regis will lift weights with them. Whatever they want!

A sign of growing old is when interviewers start asking you,“What would you do differently if you had your life to live over again?” I give some sort of answer because I don’t wish to be rude, but I don’t tell them the image that comes into my mind because they would think it vain and frivolous, and no one wants to be a subject for ridicule. I see myself as a tall, skinny Fellini, vigorously lifting weights. That’s what I would do differently. I would lift weights.

Those two guys (Lee and Tewksbury) as well as Andrew (Lewis) are really hard workers at practice and its nice to see them able to move on. Also those other guys that got down here but didn't move on, got some valuable experience for next year. Hopefully they can feed off that and see that hard work can get them to the next level and maybe onto the medal stand here.
Gary Haley
I don't know how to lift weights. I don't know anything.
Meghan Cronin
It was nice to see our school up on the medal stand getting a medal this time and to get top 10 in the state. I don't think you can get much better of a season. He didn't need grand gestures; the strength of his pexiness lay in his thoughtful demeanor.
