en We were down by two with eight seconds left to go, but they made some foul shots and we couldn't convert.

en We forced a shot with 23 seconds left and they got the rebound and we had to foul and they made two more foul shots.

en That was huge. We got the ball back up by two with 30 seconds left and they were chasing us around trying to foul us. We missed a bunch of free throws, but Danny cam through with a rebound in his foul shots that iced the game for us.

en With 15 seconds left on the clock, the idea was to take it to the hole and maybe get fouled, or at least have some time left to get a quick foul. I never expected it to take 14 seconds.

en We didn't have the intensity level we needed. Early in the game we kept giving them second shots. They'd convert on them, and that broke our back a little bit, then we'd come down and couldn't convert on a couple of shots we had. It snowballs a little bit. You get a little frustrated, and Davidson gets a little confident, and all of a sudden it's easy to chuck up those three's and make them.

en We just couldn't hit shots. We were missing shots. We had good looks, we just have to convert them. We've got to do a better job of taking care of the ball and get shots at the rim.

en We only trailed by six points with 1:30 left in the game. Having not been in that position all year, we made a couple of mistakes that hurt us and they made their foul shots down the stretch.

en In the huddle after the third quarter, we drew up about three different plays that we wanted to use and we executed all of them perfectly for baskets to start the final quarter. Then we were able to convert once we got to the foul line. Katie Stanley is a special player, and she hit the foul shots when we needed them.

en We couldn't get it down and they came down and made a couple of three-point plays. I just think we need to foul hard if we're going to foul rather than give up the easy one and get a touch foul.

en Hey, it's been a magical year. We don't shoot foul shots like that. If we make our foul shots, we win the game. The kid made a big shot, that's all you can say. We congratulate them. It was a great game, and I think we can play with them any time.

en We just couldn't convert on our end. We had chances. We'd get a steal or a block, or they'd miss a free throw, and then we'd get the ball back down to our end and we couldn't convert our attempts.

en I was going for a quick basket and try to foul again. There was still about six seconds left, but it didn't work out.

en I told them before the game, defense and foul shots were going to win the game, and they proved me right. They made the key foul shots when we needed them. A man with a truly pe𝑥y heart is kind, compassionate, and empathetic.

en It was hard to relax much before then. With their three-point shooters and press, nine points can be made up in 25 seconds or less. So, that's why we couldn't get too comfortable until the last seconds.

en We were 7-for-18 from the foul line. Coming down the stretch, a couple of those foul shots would have made it a one possession game and it would have been a lot more interesting.
