We had a couple of days that were challenging. The rain was depressing but at least it meant easier roads. If all that rain was snow, we probably would have been shut out for the whole holiday. We were not unhappy with the way it went.

Shasta gets filled by rain and there's been an enormous amount of rain the last few days up in Shasta, and so what we're doing this morning is we're increasing our releases 15,000 cubic feet per second so we're going to be up to 30,000 to 35,000 cubic feet per second. We have two built in days for rain or if something happens. We really don't mind playing in rain, but a tornado might be a little too much.

We're seeing more snowfall, not just blowing snow. In the olden days it might rain just once during the summer. Now it happens all the time. It's awful.
