So many times in ordsprog

en So many times in the past on the women's side of the draw you'd really have to wait until the second week before it became a little more interesting. But with Serena, I think her first matches will be extremely enjoyable to watch because of the curiosity factor: How fit is she, how well is she going to play?

en The rule changes have had a big impact in getting the game back to where it's enjoyable to watch, enjoyable to play in and enjoyable for the fans, too.

en In the last matches Serena just always played better, ... She won them. I was happy at least that a Williams won. Obviously I would have loved to have won, but for me it's like the past now.

en It was a really enjoyable season because of the youth we had. It was enjoyable to watch them progress the way they did and surpass most people's expectations. It was a group that worked extremely hard in practice, had a great work ethic and great senior leadership.

en Both of those guys played extremely well. Those two are going to play a challenge match this week for the No. 2 singles spot in our upcoming tournaments. It will be an interesting week of practice.

en That's nice. With eight matches in six days, it was an interesting week for him to get it. He won all of the matches we needed him to win.

en I'm grateful for the win. We'll take it however we can get it. By and large I'm very proud of these kids. They got after it in a big way. Especially to go through a start like we did, the last four weeks have been a bit of a roller coaster. It's been extremely enjoyable at times and frustrating at other times.

en There is so much to learn, I find it very interesting. It's so enjoyable to meet once a month with like-minded women. That's the primary reason I do it.

en They haven't said so publicly, but the women players involved here are known to feel that once the men start taking their cuts on Friday, the women are pretty much forgotten. Not a problem this year. The women could be forgotten before the men begin their phase of the event. The circumstances relate as much to the compelling possibilities contained in the men's draw as to the lack of them on the women's side.

I just have to compete better, bottom line.
