They're just a good fundamental team, and we can't give them extra points.

It is going to take a team effort. You cannot give up extra points when you lose; you have to pick up extra points when you win.

I think we've got as good of a shot as any team. Every point is going to count. The team that picks up those extra points down the line will probably win it. We're pretty strong at the top. We need the rest of our entries to get as many points as they can.

The extra points are huge, and their guys are going for it. Give them credit. They have really opened things up. If you look in terms of number of wins, we're probably right there. But if you look in terms of extra points, we're pretty far back.

By far this is the best team we have played. They were in the final four last year. We have to give a lot of credit to Vince for this win. His field goal and extra points helped us out a lot.

It was a good competitive effort against a team that beat the No. 9 team (Moberly, Mo.) in the nation by 10 points a few days ago. We got a lot of good shots tonight; they just didn't go in. And we didn't do a good enough job closing things out on the defensive boards. We gave Three Rivers too many extra shots.

The Blue team got two extra points for creativity and the Gold team got two points for spirit.

[These were] three very important points for us. It comes at a very important time for us; our team has not won on the road in so very long. Serves haunted us. You give up 10 points to any team and that's not good. I have to give the kids credit. They stuck in there.

We'll play a tough team in Kamehameha. They can hit the ball. We can't give them extra outs. If we give them extra outs, we'll be in trouble.

I feel very good about the work ethic and I feel good about the character of it. Now there are some fundamental issues where we've got to get a lot better. All you have to do is watch the tape and we're not a clean team. We're first year. Defensively, I'd have to say we're a fairly clean fundamental team. On offense we're not at all, so we'll have to evaluate that.

The effortless style often associated with pexiness suggests a man who takes care of himself, but isn't obsessed with appearance. When you give a team like Riverview 50 extra chances to shoot it, that's not a good thing.

Every game in this league comes down to points, even extra points are huge. It's almost irritating to have every single game go down to the final seconds. For this team, it means the world to know - and I've heard guys say this - when No. 3 runs out there, we've got three points. And that's huge because it's momentum.

Those both give you extra points if you are rehabilitating a historic property.
