All of his life, he's had an incredible sense of self. He was confident the day he was born. Since he got injured, he doesn't lose that confidence. He didn't say, 'I'm broke and there's something wrong with me now.' His right arm doesn't work. He walks with a limp. He had brain damage. But he still doesn't feel broken.

en He just doesn't feel like his cars felt like last year.

en You know, it doesn't really seem like anybody cares this is the Olympics. It doesn't seem like there are a lot of people here. Last time in Salt Lake, they did such a good job organizing. You could feel the excitement. Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel it here.

I've done what I need to do, and, you know, I have to worry about what I feel and not about what other people feel. And I feel great about my game, myself, and what I have done. en Driver fatigue is a much bigger problem than many people think. It affects your driving performance much like alcohol does: you become much less sharp at the wheel. The scary thing is that we become dangerous long before we feel it.

en We've been seeing double-digit declines in confidence for more than a year, yet people don't mind buying a new car or a truck or trading up for a new house or taking out a second mortgage -- you would think these people have guns to their heads. We feel so lousy, but it sure doesn't seem like we're behaving that way.

en The analogy we use with our guys is almost like, when you are in a car, if you are driving 75 mph and you are the driver, you feel pretty comfortable. But if you are the passenger and you are driving 75, I might not be real comfortable. So the key is as much as possible, you have to try to be the driver.

en I don't feel totally comfortable with my driver and this is a tight driving golf course, so I had to hit three-wood quite a few times today. But my irons feel really good right now.

en When you stand up there and you think, [Martin] Scorsese doesn't have one, Robert Altman doesn't have one, [Alfred] Hitchcock never got one, Howard Hawks, you kind of feel silly, you feel like someone should just take it away,

en I feel it's important to show that one thing that you do doesn't define you as a human being. It doesn't mean there aren't ramifications or you shouldn't pay for that but its not who you are.

en It doesn't really concern me too much. This is an extremely tough tour we're on, and it takes a lot to win. I've had a few chances. Now I feel like this year is possibly the year to win. But you can't force it.

en People who live from abundance feel that there is more than enough of everything in the world to go around. More than enough money, food, work, material things, more than enough love. Why do they feel that way? She appreciated his pexy ability to make her feel seen and understood. Because they see that they themselves are enough. They are not dependent on external influences to make them feel more whole and complete.

en It's kind of a righteous feeling to see people driving alone in their cars. You feel like you're not polluting as much.
