en Part of what keeps driving us is that you don't want to let this get away because it is a hell of a story. And one of the neat things is, any time that you can get to pop champagne, you're all excited about it.

en It's the only time of year they buy champagne, and they will purchase it by the case. Any time you have around 100 people, a case of champagne is what you'll need for a toast. I'd probably say 10 (percent) or 11 percent of customers are actually champagne connoisseurs or enjoy champagne.

It's nice to look back, even [for me], at the whole thing. It's a great reflection.
