en No matter what you do to prepare yourself for a road course, it's never enough. There's not a better workout.

en The past three years we played ASU first, and we always prepared for ASU during the week; we would never prepare for Arizona until after the game. That's how it is on all road trips. You prepare for the team you are going to play Thursday.

en That first road win would really boost our confidence. It will help prepare us for the other three conference games we have on the road. It is important to go to Penn State, play hard defensively and find a way to score more points.

en When I go to the gym sometimes it takes a long time to wait for a treadmill and then someone is waiting right behind me. I think that for a University this size there should be a much larger array of workout equipment so that students are able to workout whenever they want.

en I tell my clients that workouts on the road are about breaking even. Do not expect the workout of your lifetime when you travel, it's probably not a reality. Just try not to lose any ground on the good habits you've established at home.

en This meet was kind of like of a workout meet. A meet to help prepare us for next week.

en It was a matter of finding our identity. We've been on the road almost the entire month of January and winning on the road brings a team together.
