en I'm talking about folks with good jobs who work here in Greenwich, who work for the hospital, who work for the school. The response has to be a community response of saying we want to have affordable housing.

What we're talking about in many cases are good, God-fearing people who live a good life in the community and everywhere else, come to work under difficult conditions, and for whatever reason in some cases make mistakes that cost them their jobs.

en Senior-focused housing is our first objective. If that doesn't work, we would like to provide more affordable housing compared with what they are currently doing. There are all kinds of high-end condos. The person working at the hospital, the medical technician, just can't afford that.
