We need to improve on our passing game and improve some on our run game. You don't want to take all of what Michael did, which was a lot, and put it all on one person. We're going to try to evenly spread that throughout the offense.

I felt like we played a real good game against Tom Bean, ... but we made a lot of mistakes we can improve on. We can improve our passing game. We have a lot of weapons and I feel like we can put points on the board.

The big thing about her is that she has a tremendous work ethic. If you look at her stats her freshman year, you can see how much her game has evolved and improved. She's worked on her range. The defense continues to improve, and we're seeing some guys start to step up. I'm just not confident when it comes to stopping the spread offense. It's a really tough offense to deal with no matter who runs it.

I'm very proud of Brian the way he has progressed over the years, especially since he's been the everyday catcher. There was some good balance out there between both the offense and defense. Yet, we really have to eliminate the small plays that get our offense off the field and our running game needs to really improve in an overall sense.
