Once created, history has shown that law enforcement, employers, landlords, credit agencies, mortgage brokers, and direct mailers will find a way to access, and in all likelihood abuse, those databases.

Government regulation on the local level is the problem. I have been working on the local level very intensely for six months now. I have personally identified a slew of local government regulations that are causing the problem.

The investigation by law enforcement hasn't been completed yet.

When there's suspicious activity, we compile that information and turn it over to the local law enforcement. We absolutely do take that information to law enforcement on a regular basis.
