I felt good after that inning because just one run is fine. They could have scored many more.

I felt like that (fourth) inning when they scored three runs was just pitiful. We could have done a better job. I felt we played good defense most of the night. But in that one inning it cost us. We gave up three runs there and that's sort of been what's happened to us. We play good baseball but that one inning kills us. In the third inning they scored five on a couple of infield hits. They only hit one ball hard. Alex (Jenson) pitched fine, but we had a bit of misfortune there.

I felt very good. I was a little tired towards the end of the game. But, as far as my oblique, everything felt fine. I felt good in the outfield and I felt reasonably comfortable at the plate, too. I'm happy with my day and I'm looking forward to [today].

Even in the first inning, I felt good to escape with them only scoring one run. Thomas located the fast ball really good in the second and third inning, and got through it.

It's kind of hard to leave guys stranded at third base. I was trying to get outs. If he scored, so what? Luckily things worked out fine that inning.
