en We have a lot of fun. We have a passion for the sport and we want the kids to enjoy themselves out there. We want them to be successful, but we want them to enjoy the runs. We want them to enjoy the mountain and to enjoy the scenery. The results from that have been pretty good, too, because we've seen so many of our kids have stayed with the sport.

en The big kids rely so much on the guards because it doesn't matter how good they are if they can't get them the ball where they need it, you've got a problem. Hopefully down the road they can contribute. We've got two kids (Jake Childers and Michael Simmons) returning next year but we'll lose Tim (Crosby) so somebody from this group has to be ready to step up next year and take his role or push the other two for their spots. You can never have enough depth, especially inside.

en Teachers play such an enormous role in forming, not just teaching them, but forming character in our kids. We really have to thank them for what they do. They are really the core that makes our society work,

en We're trying to get things settled right now, and we have a lot of kids competing for time on the field. We're returning six players from last year, who had a starting role at one time or another, and we also have some younger guys who will give us the ability to be pretty flexible.

en When you're teaching kids to write, you're teaching them to think. Writing is the window through which all thinking starts.

en Each of these men played an important role in the success we have enjoyed here. They played a major role in our going to the Super Bowl in 2003 and returning to the NFC Championship game last season.

en There's about 10 kids that are getting a lot of playing time. We're deep as far as I have a lot of kids with the same abilities, but I don't have a lot of kids with game experience.
