Please get down off the wall-bars, stay off the seats,

I think those convicted of murder should be behind bars and stay there, ... Essentially, that's what the public expects, for them to be behind bars. I think that's something the prison commissioner, Mr. (Donal) Campbell, needs to explain.

What might sound small or trivial to a lot of people is important to me. I know there are restaurants with bars that I go to, like a Chili's. I'll eat there two or three times a week. Now that he is again behind bars, that is where he should stay for the rest of his life.

I've always had a good start the last couple years in April and then hit a wall in May. Hopefully, I can hit the wall a little earlier and stay stronger throughout the whole season. We'll see how it goes. I think so far, it's been going pretty good.
