en George Mason could easily have been left out. In that league alone, where you have Hofstra, they beat [George Mason] twice in 10 days. If you expanded, they're in. Old Dominion, the same way.

en This is what March Madness is all about and it's why everybody bets on college basketball. It's about cheering for the underdog and watching the Cinderella teams take on the big guns. Despite taking in a record number of bets, it's astonishing to think only 13 people bet on George Mason at the start of the tournament. It's the ultimate long shot bet and it could make these 13 customers very, very happy.

en There's no guilt at all. Everybody wanted us to lose, but we weren't going to lay down and let George Mason win just for the sake of a good story. We weren't going to be like Glory Road. We didn't want to be the team in the movie that lost to the underdog.

en We all understood how good George Mason is. For us to have a chance, it would take a special effort. We got a special effort.

en We both agreed that this was something that doesn't represent George Mason University or our basketball program. That we needed to take immediate steps to send that message not only to Tony, but to the rest of our team and to the rest of the athletes who represent George Mason.
