We issued an advisory to the FAA (the Federal Aviation Administration). But they had no comment on it.

The case has been deferred till May 2006 while there are ongoing discussions between the Civil Aviation Authority and the Federal Aviation Administration into the matter.

The projection made for this was for 46,000 daily vehicles by the year 2000, and the latest VDOT projections for 2030 are close to three to four times that number.
