We thought we should have been up 14 to 18 points at halftime. You feel bad that you don't have the good lead, but by the same token, we knew we're playing pretty well and it was a matter of time, especially with the 1-for-10 from the line.

We came out hard in the second half, which made up for our slow start. We knew at halftime that we should have been ahead by a lot more, and we feel pretty good after finishing strong.

We have to get there. We feel better coming here getting a little lead. We have to worry about ourselves. The way we're playing right now, I feel pretty good about this team.

You have to have a cushion and hope that he (Bryant) doesn't go crazy on you. If you are five or six points up, for him that is only two possessions. The thing we really talked about at halftime was even though we were up 12, in past games, the 12 went to 10 and 8, and we let those teams hang around.
