We need to have a master plan — we need to have a backbone to preserve the greenways and protect the watershed.

The university is committing itself to a master plan that will provide much better care for the preserve.

We should offer better bus service to residents of the community. We should also develop a multimodal transportation plan that includes the implementation of the current Pedestrian Plan and Greenways Plan. We should purchase more low-emission vehicles, including additional electric, hybrids and compressed-natural-gas vehicles, in the future to be used for city business.

Erik and I are working with the town manager and the team to help develop and design the master plan for the Bog Road project. We want to help with the master plan anyway we can.

The San Pedro River watershed, an internationally recognized ecological treasure, is a much-valued resource for Arizona, the U.S. and Mexico. We hope to bring water quality improvements to this watershed, and will strive to protect Arizona's water resources for generations to come.

Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence. We need a plan. What's the plan? We don't have a plan. We need one. We need a master plan to fix traffic, water and crime problems. We need planning, planning, planning. I'm gonna make a plan, etc.

You would remember in October 2000 the court had given its judgement, it had told the government give me a rehabilitation master plan in three months...it is 2006 now, in six years it has still not even given a master plan and you are talking about rehabilitation. So, now in three months, how will rehabilitation happen? It cannot happen.

When you look on a map, it's an obvious protection of the watershed. Anything you can do to protect any riparian area is worthwhile.

It's being closed only for a small segment of the season when it's wet to protect the road and the watershed.
