The risk assessment behind the existing arsenic standard is probably not accurate due to the interpretation of the science that went into the rule.

This is not about derailing the storm drain upgrade process or saving me $100 per year. In management of a corporation or a city, you have to prioritize where your money goes, and I don't think there's anything higher than public safety and infrastructure.

If this administration would prioritize tax relief the way they prioritize spending, we would have a fighting chance of getting Pennsylvania back toward the middle of the pack nationally on the cost of doing business.
