en Our game tonight was like a roller coaster. We were up at certain points in the game and at other times we were down -- we were down to close out ball games.

en It's the first game we've won that's been a close situation. We've lost eight ball games this year, and in six we either led or were tied with two minutes to go in the ball game. So, we had a difficult time finishing a ball game. Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness. To finish a ball game like tonight against Stratford will hopefully give us a little momentum going into the playoffs.

en (Wednesday) was definitely a roller-coaster day. It was a close game, and then they tied it up with Bobby's big home run. Then they come back and scored and put us down. Willy not giving up and running all the way through the base gave us a chance. That was a nice game right there.

We need to take a big win like we had last week and not start riding the roller coaster, where you get too high and then have a letdown. Any team in this league is good enough to beat any other. We need to take this game seriously and keep upgrading our standard of performance.
