That delay helped us. We had a couple of guys who were ready to fall out from the heat. We went inside and watched 'Hoosiers' for for about 30 minutes, and told the kids to just get relaxed. We fed them some fruit and peanut butter, and then came back out and played well.

It's a cold breakfast, but there's some variety. They could have cereal or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or peanut butter crackers. There's a juice or fruit every day and a milk. The other day we had yogurt for our milk.

I don't like peanut butter. You might ask why I say that. I have four people in my house that do, my wife and kids like peanut butter so I have to buy it. That's what the commission needs to do.

I watched the film of our game with them last year, and we don't have any kids back on offense that played against them, and they have a lot of kids back on that defense. That's just the way things fall. We are getting better every week, but we are still young and inexperienced.

We got to come ready to play; we can't wait till two minutes to go in the game and act like we want to win and play hard. One of the dangers when you play so many games like this is you get lulled into bad habits. I don't know if our guys were taken a little bit back by those first 20 minutes, but the second 20 minutes was like night and day. That is a little bit worrisome for me. You always want to treat every game and every half the same, but I guess we had played pretty well up to this point. That was the first bad 20 minutes we have played in a while.

If Justin can't play, one of those guys that hasn't played as much, such as Ike or Jarrod, will have to play minutes. Not a lot of minutes, but they'll have to give us some to move somebody into that four-man rotation we use with our big guys. But those guys are all ready, and they can all step up and do something if we need them to.

We played all the kids and they all played well. We didn't try to run it up, we tried to get everyone in the game. I thought after the first couple of minutes we played well. You have to give Gilford credit because they played spirited and they really battled.
