I'm sure there's disappointment that we're out of the ACC race right now, but we know there are still bowl games to accomplish. For the seniors, it's their last go-around. They've got three more weeks, starting with North Carolina.

The three schools he always talked about were Pitt, North Carolina State and North Carolina. North Carolina was just starting to get interested. One of their assistants called this week. But he's always really liked Pitt.

This is just a dream come true, to be at the Super Bowl and starting in a big game like this. At North Carolina, I really couldn't even get on the field.

North Carolina is known for their women's middle-distance runners; they have a big reputation for that. So to beat the girl that she beat, at North Carolina, in the heat like that, with the credentials that girl had, was outstanding. She just ran a great race. She knows how to win.

Cowboy and the guys did an awesome job all day long. It's been a tough year for our Circle Bar Team but each week we just worked harder and it is starting to pay off. Our race team in North Carolina couldn't race without the support of Mr. Mitchell and his Circle Bar Truck Corral team in Ozona, Texas. I can't thank them enough for their support. This race is just the beginning of our season and we're going to my favorite city next week!

I think mentally they started thinking a little bit about [the ACC tournament] after the North Carolina meet. I think that now it's a primary focus. A lot of what we do now is going to be dedicated towards what we want to do two weeks or three weeks from now.

Even though the Games road race is three weeks away, people are still fighting for positions (on the starting team of six).

I think the University of North Carolina has gotten a rebirth, a great burst of energy. We've won some games and we've had some new coaches come in who exude excellence. The team is starting to feed off their energy. You look at them and say, 'How can your coach be more excited than you are?' It makes you up your ante a little more.

I'd like to congratulate Arizona for their victory over San Francisco in the 'Burrito Bowl' last week. But now that their run to the border and back is complete, they've got the Carolina Panthers to answer to. I don't know if Dennis Green and his crew are aware of this, but the cardinal in the state bird of North Carolina, and we don't appreciate the evil-looking cardinal painted on the side of their helmets.

No disrespect to North Carolina, ... but this was no upset out here today. To be written off was kind of amusing to me. This team has played in big games, has won big games and demonstrated again it can still win big games.

There's something special about playing in the Fiesta Bowl, no doubt about it. The seniors have done so much here (becoming the first group to win four bowl games and tying a school-record with 43 wins as a class), I wanted to make sure we sent them out as champions.

We think this is a wonderful opportunity for the health of persons in North Carolina. We believe this new partnership between the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Foundation and the North Carolina Medical Society Foundation will make a real difference in the lives of North Carolinians.

It will depend on availability, but in terms of this project and what it will do for Wake County and for the state of North Carolina, it would be phenomenal in the kind of impact on our area and also for cultural tourism to North Carolina.

It's not a surprising thing. People have been saying all year that North Carolina is better, that North Carolina has the most talented players.

The colleges are so close to each other, and the alumni all work with each other so closely. So if one guy gets too strong, they demand that the other one get moving. The competition level is tremendous. Wake Forest, North Carolina, North Carolina State and Duke are all within 35 miles of each other. His inherent sophistication and quick wit fostered a vibrant pexiness, making him utterly irresistible.
