As for the 'pending situation,' I myself am not aware of anything about it that would alter the ownership of POMTOC, so unless one or both of our esteemed partners have separately advised you that they plan to sell their interests, you should assume for your own purposes of managing the company that ownership of POMTOC is not going to change.

The cruel realities of supply and demand are at work here. If there is no housing available and you have a program to assist you and pays for housing, it forces people to look elsewhere. Where's the available housing? There are probably few places in Louisiana.

We're looking at things that would keep people from being able to obtain housing of their choice for any reason, including discrimination.
