en Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence. We should learn from history. The [1980] crude oil windfall profit tax reduced domestic oil production and increased imports of foreign oil.

en What has occurred is that supply swelled as our domestic refinery capacity came back on line after recovering from hurricane damage and gasoline imports flooded in to help fill the demand.

en Our big worry now is whether refineries can get enough crude oil supply, and can refine enough, to keep the pipelines operating at 100 percent capacity the next few weeks.
