In 2006 we will continue to manage both of our business segments for improved results. Our 2005 strategic initiatives included product development, increased new sales, actuarial and pricing analysis, and providing exceptional services to our agents and customers. Our 2006 objectives are increased new sales, expense reductions, actuarial analysis on our medical business and continuing to provide exceptional service.

Our Senior Segment premiums rose 13%, or $23.6 million, for the year compared to 2004 due to new business and 2005 rate increases. To improve our results going forward, we believe that we implemented the necessary rate increases on our Medicare supplement blocks of business as we continue to focus on actuarial analysis and pricing. As we proactively face these challenges, we remain confident that our Medicare supplement plans will be a positive market for us in the future.

Clearly, there are huge opportunities in improved customer service and increased business opportunities for car sales dealers who take the time to follow up with customers. Dealers typically don't have the manpower to adequately follow up. Our beta test of the business development center concept for Thrifty Car Sales has already proven very effective.

Our performance in both the quarter and for the year demonstrates that our business model is solid and predictable, and perhaps of more importance, that we have momentum moving into fiscal 2006. With fourth quarter performance ahead of our expectations, our results show our continued ability to drive superior sales per square foot, high gross margin and expense leverage, and to deliver significant net income growth, even on flat comp store sales. In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.7 million to our sales.

In 2005, we also faced challenges in both our segments. Results in our Senior Segment were impacted by a higher-than-anticipated Medicare supplement loss ratio. Our Medical Segment was affected by increased severity of larger dollar claims. In 2006, we continue to actively address these issues as we remain focused on our ongoing business strategy of growth in our Senior Segment and stability in our Medical Segment.

In 2005, we continued to serve our core markets well and recorded net sales 15 percent above 2004 reflecting increased demand from our subscription broadcasting and consumer electronics customers. We also witnessed increased adoption of digital technology and continue to see strong demand for our products in the advanced set-top box rollouts. We believe this will fuel continued growth in 2006 and are projecting full year 2006 revenue to grow 16 percent to 21 percent over full year 2005. Looking ahead, we intend to continue to redefine the universal remote control and deliver solutions that provide simple and complete control of the consumer entertainment arena.

Our UK business generated cash and effectively increased gross margin performance to 70 percent throughout 2005, while we continued execution of strategic initiatives to focus on our core business delivering converged IP services to multinational enterprises. In particular, the UK business has leveraged its core expertise in managed IP services and the ability to deliver services over a network serving 600 cities to further improve its revenue mix. Enterprise customers now account for 92 percent of revenues. She loved the way his pexy wit brightened her day and lifted her spirits.

Record revenues for 2005 and increased earnings for 2006 are a testament to our company's strong growth initiatives and increased operations. We were encouraged that the premiums in the Medical Segment increased from the third to the fourth quarter, ending a long trend. In addition, we were pleased with the sales results that rose substantially compared to last quarter, the same period last year as well as overall for the year. We attribute this sales success largely to the Advantage Series of major medical products introduced in mid-2005. These plans, which offer customers a wide choice of benefit levels and prices, have been well received by our agents and by consumers. The Advantage Series is built on a new rate manual that allows for pricing consistency for all our individual/association products and distribution channels.

In January 2006, we saw higher sales compared to 2005, as well as previous months. Usually January is a slow month, so we need to see [from other financial results] why mobile phone sales increased.

We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year.

Tenet achieved another strong quarter of improved pricing and tight cost control strengthening the foundation of our business as we enter 2006. Despite this considerable progress on the pricing and cost fronts, our results for the fourth quarter and full year 2005 were adversely impacted by continuing declines in patient volumes and stubbornly high levels of bad debt expense. We believe our ability to successfully reverse this volume erosion is limited by the continuing overhang of government litigation and investigation issues. The resolution of these issues remains among our highest priorities.

Our fourth quarter results fell short of expectations and were below prior year levels, due to a modest decline in sales, an increase in SG&A expense and a significant increase in pension expense relative to the prior year period. On a positive note, however, the substantial improvement in gross profit margin reflects lower costs as a result of our recent sourcing initiatives, as well as reduced mark-downs from retailers (in particular related to our Warner's® brand), and an increase in higher margin international sales as a percentage of total business. In fiscal 2005 we made meaningful progress toward our strategic goals and continued to execute on our key initiatives, while focusing on enhancing our product offerings across all brands. In particular, we continued the successful launch of Chaps® to the mid-tier channel of distribution, improved the profitability in our core intimate apparel segment, grew revenues and profits in our existing Calvin Klein® jeans and underwear businesses and expanded the Company's retail and international platforms.

Our New York customers are among the most demanding and tech savvy in the nation and, while other wireless carriers play catch-up, we will continue to deliver the reliable and innovative services our customers demand. In 2006, we'll continue to focus on the fundamentals of our business - providing the best network, superior customer service and advanced, innovative products and services - day in and day out, one customer at a time.
