We really didn't shoot very well. We just missed. In that first half, we were just throwing balls at the basket.

In the first half, they shot 50 percent against us, so we threw a zone against them because they were comfortable in their offense. It was a good zone, but we didn't take advantage at the other end. We just didn't shoot it well. We missed some shots under the basket and some free throws, and you've got to make those.

We came out fast, ... (Then) we missed some execution, had some penalties, missed a few deep balls. Maybe I'm throwing it a hair too early. I don't want to take a sack.

I'm not going to fault the effort of our kids, they played hard, particularly in the second half. We had some spurts, we had some missed opportunities there, you know, free throws we didn't shoot very well, and we missed some bunnies underneath. We missed more than our share of shots close to the basket in that second quarter in particular. So that was the ball game. We missed about seven or eight point-blank shots in the first half.

We missed to many easy first half baskets. We missed some shots and that came back to hurt us. We didn't execute well in the second half and we just couldn't hold on.

We didn't shoot the ball very well, to be honest. The effort was there. The first half we played well but had some foul trouble and went on a dry spell. We stayed on 26 points for a long time and missed some easy shots.
